You can request deletion of your NovelLush account and its associated data using either method below. These instructions apply to all NovelLush accounts, including accounts created or accessed through Facebook Login.
1. Delete Your Account in the App
Open NovelLush and follow this path, then follow the on-screen instructions to submit your deletion request:
Profile > Settings > Manage Your Account > Delete My Account
2. Request Deletion If You Cannot Access the App
If you cannot sign in to or access NovelLush, you can request deletion of your account and its associated data by emailing support@novellush.com. You do not need to sign in to or reinstall the app.
Use the subject line: NovelLush Data Deletion Request
Include your NovelLush account UID or the email address associated with your account, if known, so we can locate your account. If you cannot access the associated email address, let us know so we can arrange another way to verify account ownership. Do not send your account password, Facebook password, or access token.
We may need to verify account ownership before processing your request. Once verification is complete, we will process deletion of your account and its associated data and confirm the outcome by email.
3. What Will Be Deleted
Once account deletion is complete, we will delete all data associated with your account UID, including your account information, saved reading history, and all other account-related data. All membership benefits associated with the account will also be removed and will no longer be available to you.
If you used Facebook Login, deletion also includes account-related information that NovelLush received through Facebook Login and stored.
4. Data Retention
After account deletion is complete, NovelLush will not retain the account or its associated data for legal, financial, or fraud-prevention purposes. Data retained: none. Additional retention period: none.
5. Manage Your Facebook Connection
You can also remove NovelLush from Facebook’s “Apps and Websites” settings to disconnect it from your Facebook account. Disconnecting Facebook alone does not automatically delete your account or data already stored by NovelLush. To delete them, follow one of the methods above.
